Theater Is A Must is an International Theater forum/festival located in Alexandria, Egypt, and produced by Hewar Theater Company to present contemporary political and socio-political theater and performing arts production created in the wake of the Arab Spring.

The forum team reached out to me to work with them on rebranding the forum visual identity before the launch of its 2nd edition.

The initial step was to design a logo inspired by the forum's vision through creating a custom typographic illustration emphasizing the forum's name while preserving the color palette and specific elements of the preliminary design of the first edition.

Then, I started working on the online and print designs of the 2nd edition of the forum to complement the new brand design.

This initial collaboration carried the fruit of a long-lasting partnership over the following years, where I had the pleasure to design the official posters, other complementary designs, and work as documentation and media manager of 4 following editions between 2014 and 2021.
